The
Sikkimese government has recently opened some of the peaks surrounding
Mt Kanchendzonga. The trek to Mt. Tenzingkang offers a challenging
opportunity to climb one of them. The hard work of climbing a
6010 m high mountain is rewarded with the most stunning views
over the Kanchendzonga range. The professional guides and porter
teams are well-trained to support the expedition participant.
Two base camps and rest days give the possibility for acclimatisation
in the height. Nevertheless physical fitness and experience in
high-altitude mountain climbing is required.
